To register as a Parent, Athlete, Coach or Alumnus for the 2008-2009 season, please complete the following steps.
We request and encourage BOTH parents/guardians to register for Club membership, as this automatically includes Alberta Alpine Ski Association (AASA) membership for both parents, including the liability insurance coverage available to AASA members. It is mandatory to have AASA membership if volunteering at any AASA-sanctioned event.
STEP ONE
- Go to the Zone4 online registration system and go through the registration process there. Note that a separate registration must be done for each individual - but the system will permit you to add additional persons and register all family members in one process. IMPORTANT NOTE: ONCE YOU LOG OUT OF THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM YOU CANNOT GO BACK IN TO MAKE ANY CHANGES SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE LOGGING OUT. IF YOU REALIZE THAT CHANGES ARE REQUIRED AFTER YOU LOG OUT PLEASE CONTACT THE REGISTRAR.
- Print the Registration Receipt.
STEP TWO
Print, complete and sign the Membership Application Form. One form is required for each member (that is, each parent, each athlete, each coach, each alumnus).
STEP THREE
- Print, complete and sign Club Liability Release for each member.
- Print, complete and sign ACA Waiver for each member.
STEP FOUR
Send the following to Registrar:
- Zone 4 receipt
- Completed and signed application for each member
- Completed and signed Club waiver and signed ACA waiver for each member
- Payment form(s) (and cheque(s), if paying by cheque). NOTE: Even if you paid online, we still need these forms.
